Bee Removal in Devon & Cornwall

We are able to carry out the removal of bee swarms and bee colonies throughout Devon, Cornwall and beyond – including Plymouth, Exeter and Torbay.

Working with local bee keepers, we remove and relocate bee colonies in a safe and ethical manner. As members of UKBR (UK Bee removers) we are committed to ensuring the health and welfare of the bees throughout the process.

The safe removal of bees requires a range of specialist skills, in addition to managing, removing and rehoming the bees themselves. We are experienced, trained and insured to gain safe access to awkward locations (including work at height) and to carry out any minor building works that may be needed.

Potential Issues:

  • Injury from bee stings including possible allergic reaction
  • Damage to your property
  • Difficulty in accessing the site

Solutions:

  • Safe removal of the bees
  • Removal of the honeycomb
  • Rehoming of the bee colony
  • Measures to prevent bees recolonising the space

Did you Know …

Although bees are not protected by law, the incorrect removal or illegal chemical treatment of a honeycomb could result in a fine due to the potential for transfer of insecticides to honey intended for human consumption.

Many bee species in the UK are endangered with at least 13 species already lost and over 30 currently at risk.
